Before we published the site that we build. We assured that the specifications of the project according to its content have done completely(quality and quantity) based/depending on the PC coordicator and the client.

However the PC Coordinator and the Client have the right to published and unpublished the website. And they have also the right to change the content of the site. That's why the other sites that we build completely becomes horrible(sometimes).
